Shipping & Returns

1. Return and Refund Policy

a) If the product reaches you with any manufacturing defect, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please take a video for unboxing and checking of contents. We will analyze the issue through the video clip and upon finding that the product has reached you in a condition as stated above, initiate a refund on receipt of the returned parcel.

b) Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, there will be no refund issued.

c) We do not accept ‘difference of colour shade’ as a factor for returning the product, as we acknowledge and understand that the resolution and colour rendition varies from camera to camera. Photographs taken by us give the closest representation of the product displayed on our website.

d) The final and binding decision for the product's eligibility for refund, on a case to case basis, lies with Samvita only.

e) We do not guarantee the fastness of color.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours from our warehouse. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and a WhatsApp message along with the link to track your order.

How are my shipping rates calculated?

You have free shipping for all orders. 

Why are some products out of stock?

We strive to ensure that all products are in stock at all times but due to sudden surge in demand or some supply issues, they may go out of stock on some occasions.
