1. Return and Refund Policy
a) If the product reaches you with any manufacturing defect, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please take a video for unboxing and checking of contents. We will analyze the issue through the video clip and upon finding that the product has reached you in a condition as stated above, initiate a refund on receipt of the returned parcel.
b) Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, there will be no refund issued.
c) We do not accept ‘difference of colour shade’ as a factor for returning the product, as we acknowledge and understand that the resolution and colour rendition varies from camera to camera. Photographs taken by us give the closest representation of the product displayed on our website.
d) The final and binding decision for the product's eligibility for refund, on a case to case basis, lies with Samvita only.
e) We do not guarantee the fastness of color.
